My name is Devin Taylor and I am the proud owner and baker of Sweet Notes Bakery!  I grew up in Pennsylvania very close to my family.  Being Italian, I spent a lot of time in the kitchen and at Sunday dinners learning and tasting the family traditions.  I spent many happy hours standing next to my mom watching her bake delicious and beautiful creations.  She decorated beautiful custom cakes for birthday parties and celebrations.   I've always enjoyed baking, and find that its a fun way for me to express my creativity.

I started my baking journey in 2017 by teaching

myself how to bake every element of all the

classic dessert from scratch.  I worked a

full-time job and would bake every evening,

pushing myself to create things I had never

made, and often never tasted.  My love for

baking grew and soon, I had people asking me to bake for them, and their special occasions.  In September 2019, I quit my job to follow my dream and bake full-time.  I have always dreamed of owning my own business and doing something I love.  Sweet Notes Bakery is the perfect mix of both.
